The retired lists will be posted in phases this year. The retiring stamp sets list will is ready today April 15 (link below); the accessories and Definitely Decorative lists will post on April 25. These products will not be offered again!
When you see the lists, you will notice that they are quite long. we are making some significant changes to the catalog this year:
The annual catalog is being reduced from over 240 pages to 208 pages. This reduction means there are many more products that will be retiring to account for the reduced number of pages, as well as to make room for exciting new products.

In a nutshell, starting June 1, 2012, Stampin' Up! will release one annual catalog, comparable to (but smaller than) the current Idea Book & Catalog, and two seasonal catalogs, comparable to (but larger than) the current mini catalogs.
The Occasions, Summer, and Holiday Mini Catalogs will be replaced by two seasonal catalogs called the Holiday Catalog and the Spring Catalog.
